When the seasons change, much of the Costco inventory also changes. Commodities for a certain time of year may appear a few months in advance, but sometimes it takes a little longer for others to become available. This is the case at the moment for two favorites in the bakery department.
Warehouses were stocked with things like organic apple pie, cheese buns, cranberry-orange bisconie, and more, but members spotted two other returning favorites: Mini All Americans. Cakes and Raspberry Crumble Cookies.
Popular Costco fan Instagram account @costcobuys posted both within a week. Members were excited to see Raspberry Crumble cookies back in the bakery for $9.99 for a 12-pack.
” Nope. Not. Not. These include straight out of the package, frozen and thawed and reheated.
A few days after the first find, @costcobuys revealed that another bakery item was making a comeback. This time it’s the Mini All American Cakes.
The muffin-sized chocolate cakes were first introduced last summer after members fought over the return of the All American Chocolate Cake that disappeared in 2020. Costco listened by bringing back the flavor bakery in a smaller size. Since then, Cupcakes have come and gone a few times, with this week being its most recent re-debut. A box of six costs $7.99.
Of course, these two baked goods are still Costco-sized and perfect for parties, spring picnics and other get-togethers.
Among other new foods, here are the 3 best and 3 worst spring items at Costco right now, according to dietitians.
